AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE PHOTOGRAPH(S)

I hereby authorize Peterborough Children’s Water Festival to use at their absolute discretion when taking photograph(s) containing the image of my class, as they deem fit and appropriate to their purpose. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith, or to the eventual use that it might be applied. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge Peterborough Children’s Water Festival of and from all claims and demands whatsoever which I may have arising out of Peterborough Children’s Water Festival use of the said photograph(s). I hereby warrant that I am a registered teacher of a class attending the Peterborough Children’s Water Festival, and that I am competent to contract in my own name so far as the above is concerned. I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, before affixing my signature below, and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof. This waiver covers the class of which I, the teacher, am responsible for.

I understand the possibility of photography or filming occurring at the Water Festival. I understand that it is the responsibility of the teacher and chaperone to indicate to media students who should not be photographed.
