• Forward the Chaperone Handbook to your chaperones
• Engage your students in Pre-Festival learning opportunities with the help of this slideshow.
• Organize your class in groups of 5 students to 1 chaperone
• Notify your chaperones of any students in their group who cannot be photographed and/or with special medical needs.
• Print and fill out the itinerary for your chaperones (p. 13 of the Educator Handbook)
